The simple act of drinking tea with care and intention opens us to the world of green medicine and interspecies connection. We will experientially explore the terrain of tea plant spirit meditation together within a sacred circle. 

Hydrate, meditate, and engage in ceremonial conversation centered on topics such as:
Animism
Right Relationship
Devotional Stewardship
Self-Care

Tea ceremony is an opportunity to find the magic in the mundane, to get quiet, connect with yourself, tend to your nervous system, and receive inner guidance. Tea teaches us how to connect with the earth and commune with the elements of water, fire, and air.

*Gaia Terza is a holistic psychotherapist and founder of Allies in Alchemy, a therapeutic arts collaborative encouraging people to heal their relationships with themselves, each other, and the planet through creativity and ritual. Gaia has a Master’s degree in Social Welfare and is trained as an herbalist and End of Life Doula.  She is in private practice in Los Angeles and facilitates private and group rituals throughout the country.  @alliesinalchemy
