In this guided Intermediate to Advanced Breathwork Journey, we use activativg breath to tap into our deep roots. Not only does breathwork assist in nervous system regulation; the breath has the ability to release the natural chemicals present in our brains that produce euphoric, interconnected, and resonant feelings. This work often produces physical sensations that you'll be guided to move through, and many report having incredible insights, memory recall and integration, and even psychedelic visions.

We set the intention to co-create a safe space in which you will be guided on a beautiful journey within to discover what has always been with you in this life: pure and unconditional love.
