This meditation gives concentration and metal beaming.  It tunes into the frequency of the Divine Mother – the primal, protective, generating energy.  It eliminates fears and fulfills desires.  It gives power of action by removing blocks of insecurity.  The meditation is followed by a Sonic Soundbath Experience!

*Jai Chandra has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2000. While on her yoga path, she discovered how the tools of yoga and their philosophy create a true path to develop a higher level of consciousness and ability to cope with daily life. Jai Chandra’s spiritual journey led her to the Institute of Modern Wisdom where in 2014 she was initiated as a Modern-Day Priestess. These teachings led her to become a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher and she has nearly completed her Level 2 training modules. Jai Chandra believes that a daily yoga and meditation practice are the most powerful tools we can use to create balance, happiness, and peace when the Universe is asking us to face challenges and helps us to ultimately attain Self-Realization. She offers a rich yogic experience, anchored in cosmic awareness helping students cultivate self-understanding and envelop Right Relationship with the Self and to all our relations.
